Recently the exchange held at Vircurex.com has suffered unknown server problems and the owners have released a statement explaining when they will be back on.
We might not get any new updates from our host until another 72 hours. We must all be patient and hope for the best.

The North Korean leader has pointed the finger at South Korea, accusing their government of DDoS attacks that allegedly lead to the crash of the servers. The North Korean government believes that South Korean hackers discovered the investment and crashed the servers to promote panic-sells which would in turn greatly devalue the millions of TerraCoin the N.K. government has invested in.
